The layout is great, though my computer nearly rejected your header. It does that. I have the world's worst connection. Anyway, <3 the colour scheme. I can't read icon 2, aside from 'teamwork' ... but, I have really bad eyesight, so I'm not sure how much that says. But I adore the first two icons anyway.
