I have a new mantra.

One and a half minutes have turned my priorities upside down. I am once again shameless fangirl. I want Hugo Weaving and Viggo and Orli!!! And Elijah’s masterful work as corrupted Frodo! And all the adventure and complexity and wonder that is Tolkien’s work.
*struggles hard with self for a moment, will NOT take Quenya e-course up again*
Had been considering starting re-reading LOTR for a while. Will begin it tomorrow.
Before tomorrow arrives, I squeal pathetically some more with Legolas.

In November, the Matrix trilogy will see its end, too. I’m anxious for both closures to come, but... am sad, all the same. Endings are bad. Once something is over, it’s time to move on.
Bah. I better leave introspection aside and go make eyes at my Neo poster. Or write that PotC ficlet I never seem to get done... *stares at the growing pile of half-written fics*
