Sep. 21st, 2003 09:44 pmI am Jack's most awed gasp.

Thanks to Lilith, watched Fight Club on Friday night for the.. fifth time, maybe. Gods but I love that film. Mayhem and soap =) Half-naked Brad Pitt, impecable work from both him and Ed Norton, lots of chaos, darkness, general angst and madness and paranoia and.. I wrote something for the school paper on it. ( read at your own peril )
Went through this exam - no clue about its name in English - to detect any further problems on my knee, other than the twisting thing. It's so odd. They dressed me like a Smurf (remember them?), lied me down and made me enter this tube-like machine that made a lot of noise. I got earmuffs. Orange earmuffs. Can anyone see that? -_-* I was told not to move my legs for forty minutes, else it'd ruin the entire thing.
I slept. I can be lazy like that.
Only bad thing is that the doctor who’ll analyse the results of the exam can only see me on Wednesday, which is the day school will be taking us to see a beautiful Napoleon exposition. I even made them call the place to see if they had wheelchairs, it’s a pity I won’t be going.
Spent the rest of the weekend at the country house. What I like best about there is that one can see the stars. My city’s too polluted, the sky is mostly black at night. And I love stars. I’m like Tolkien’s quendi (elves) in that respect. I like to look at the stars, simply. I don’t much care for learning their names or positions, or stories about them. I think beautiful things don’t need meanings, and that goes not just for esthetical beauty.
