Me too. I used to snort about Orli with a beard and long hair, because really, but then.. KoH finally convinced me that he isn't all that boyish. Yum.
I don’t set deadlines or such. But still they say everything’s fine, only to tell me three months later ‘sorry, I don’t have the time’. And this is what’s a tiny bit annoying.
*hugs* I understand you perfectly. I won't say I don't get slightly annoyed at my betas taking ages to look at my fics, but hey, time's the new gold, and I never direct my grudge at the person, instead at the situation. And whilst I do understand that sometimes things unroll in a way that makes us learn we can't really do everything, I really do not enjoy giving things up, abandoning projects or such, especially if there are other people connected to them somehow. *sighs* Then again, that's just me. I guess both of us worry about people?
