Me too. Chase and Wilson are the only characters I still love after the big mess of the last 2 seasons. Well, basically 13 isn't around anymore so Cuddy's bugging House to get a new female doctor. House told Chase to do it, Foreman got angry that House didn't treat him as the second-in-command but instead of confronting him, took it out on the new girl by belittling her every attempt at diagnostics. And Chase called him on his shit :)
YAY! I'm glad to hear that Chase seems to finally have grown a kind of backbone. ;) Well, as you know, I quit the fandom long ago. It's really, really sad that U.S. networks never know when to stop before a TV show expires. Even the really good shows just fuck up at one point or another, instead of just calling it a show, so to say, and write all the characters a decent ending while there's still time. :(
he's been House's little cynical pet since Cameron left. I like it :)
I agree with you, it's a sad thing. They're greedy enough to keep on making the show until they're the only ones interested in it (because of the crap it's become). I love things that have the same quality from one end to another - which is why I totally nodded to your thoughts on The Hithhiker's Guide series. I LOVED the first two books, liked some things here and there on the 3rd and 4th, and was more than a bit disappointed with the 5th. I mean, I know it had nonsense as an MO, but still, it was a bit too much pointlessness and too little humour.

Yeah, me too, but it's a rare thing these days. Like I said, they never know when to stop. Remarkable exception: Life on Mars. And like YOU said: Greed. :( Seriously, what's wrong with these people?
I'm completely with you on the Hitchhiker's Guide series. The first two books were great, there were some things I really liked on book three and four, but five was really, really bad. I think, the only thing I liked in book five was pretty much the first scene (I think, like I said, it's been a while), when the robot/machine/spaceship fainted. I laughed really hard about that one. :) But that was it.
